I like this website...
...because it has a really comprehensive listing of recipes for Pakistani dishes. And it's really well organized, and it has translations for things, and the recipes are laid out really simply and there's a link to a cooking thesaurus (ingredient subsitutes):

I use this ridiculously comprehensive recipe site: http://www.recipesource.com/ They archive thousands of recipes, and they're easy to scroll through by type of dish so you can get a quick sense of the basic recipe with a few possible variations to adapt it to whatever ingredients you have on-hand:). I like it!
